Spring is in bloom at Francisco Park and with this sublime weather of late, it’s the perfect time to gather our sweet community!
Next up in the park are: a Volunteer Day this Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to noon (Sign up here) and our third gathering of Dads with Strollers on Saturday, April 4 from 10 a.m. to noon.
We are also thrilled to announce two special events to mark Francisco Park’s 4th Anniversary next month.
On Sunday, April 26, come one, come all for our park-wide all-ages-friendly celebration. The day will kickoff at 10 a.m. with a Yoga class taught by the park’s resident instructor from Love Story Yoga, Diane Lê Strain, followed by a Coffee Klatch at 11 a.m. for our beloved Stewards supporters. We’ll then host back-to-back kids activities – a Music Together session with Teacher Corey at 10:30 a.m. and Face Paint and Bubbles at 11 a.m.
At noon, the community is invited to gather for a picnic on the Main Lawn. BYO lunch or reserve a picnic box through Francisco Park Conservancy.
The afternoon will culminate with our 2nd annual Cake Buffet. Stay tuned for sign-up details soon for each of our events.
On Sunday, May 3, we are thrilled to announce Francisco Park’s first fundraiser, Dans le Jardin, a spectacular plein air lunch which will take place at Julie and Sebastein Lepinard’s beautiful home and gardens. Enjoy a French lunch, garden tour, live music, and the company of Francisco Park friends and neighbors. Tickets: $500-$1,000. Email [email protected] to reserve your spot today!
