To our beloved Francisco Park Community,
Thank you for your part in making it a banner year for Francisco Park. What a thrill it’s been to watch the park flourish, the native plantings thrive and fill out, and the trees and grasses settle in and get established.
Even more heartwarming has been seeing the bustling communities of park visitors enjoying kids’ birthday parties, workouts, picnics, the dog-romps in Pepi’s park, and the crowds enjoying the Fourth of July and the Blue Angels Air Show from the iconically beautiful viewpoint of the park.
Francisco Park has truly become the heartbeat of Russian Hill!
May we remind you how very much your support is valued, and how critical it is to ensuring Francisco Park thrives?
The Francisco Park Conservancy, your neighbors and fellow donors, made a commitment to San Francisco when the park was built to help ensure security and beauty unmatched elsewhere in the city, fund dedicated gardeners and improvements like new shade trees, and to give the community a voice in the destiny of the Park for decades to come.
To raise the $400,000 a year we need to accomplish this, we hope to count on you for a year-end gift reflecting what this lifeline for Francisco Park means to YOU.
With warmest wishes for the season,
The Francisco Park Conservancy Board
P.S. If you haven’t already, we hope you’ll join us for one of our frequent yoga classes and coffee-klatches.
