Greetings from Francisco Park Conservancy!
We’ve got a jam packed event calendar in the next few weeks, and hope you’ll be able to join us for some of the fun.
First up, we’ll be hosting our Q3 Volunteer Day on Saturday September 30 from 10am-12pm. Come get your hands dirty (figuratively speaking, gloves will be provided) and meet your neighbors as you help out with planting and garden maintenance to keep the park beautiful. Sign up here to reserve your spot. All ages welcome. We’ll also be having a coffee get together with our Park Stewards from 9-10am that morning and all volunteers are welcome to join our Stewards for coffee, starting at 9am.
Then, we’ll be watching the Blue Angels from the Park on Saturday October 7. Join us from 12-4pm for lawn games and spectacular views of the Fleet Week Air Show.
And finally, back by popular demand, we will be hosting another yoga class in the Park on Saturday October 14 from 9:30am-10:30am. This is a free event open to the community. All levels are welcome just bring a blanket, towel or yoga mat and meet us on the lawn!
See you at the park,
Francisco Park Conservancy
